This crane-served building is well maintained and in excellent condition.  Located just inside of South Carolina, it has all of the amenities required for a fabrication shop:

Overhead bridge cranes serve the entire shop floor.

One crane is a 20-Ton, double-girder, top running crane with 19′ under hook (18′ under the bridge).

The second crane is a 10-Ton, single-girder, top running crane with 15′ under the hook.

The fabrication floor is served by two welding booms that allow the operator mobility on the fabrication floor with the welding gun while keeping the welding machines out of the way.

Three large overhead doors all have electric openers.  Two are grade-level drive-in doors.  The third door services a 48′ deep dock well (which has crane service).
