I’m Adam Purser and I founded Purser Industrial Properties in 2009 to specialize in the Charlotte, NC industrial real estate market. My clients are manufacturers, warehousers, distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and transportation firms.

I have represented a wide variety of companies ranging from locally owned concerns to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. Clients have included landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in all sizes of transactions. I have a special focus on working with:

  • Industrial buildings
  • 10,000 to 100,000 square feet in size
  • In Mecklenburg County

I work with a limited number of clients so that I can give more time and a higher level of service to transactions that are interesting to me. With my selected clients, I spend significant time understanding their operational and financial requirements, then I tailor the transaction process to meet each client’s need.

With over 21 years of professional real estate experience, I have extensive contacts among brokers, landlords, and operators of industrial businesses in Charlotte and a deep understanding of the buildings in our market.
